Studio action update! Debut album 'Daylight Cinema' for early next year

We're currently recording songs for our debut album 'Daylight Cinema' which we're aiming to make available early in the new year. Five tracks already in the can, another four and a half to go later this month!

The Scissors hit the legendary Hope and Anchor on Sunday for more Sooty abuse. Sooty came off the hi-hat after three songs though. We'll use more elastic bands next time...

The Scissors have been busy recording tracks with the very clever Chris Pepper at the controls. We don't yet know in what format we'll release them, but watch this space. Psychotropically enhanced carrier pigeon is always a possibility...

Simon Scissor was playing with his video camera throughout the session, so watch out for exclusive behind-the-scenes footage documenting the creative process! John Smiths bitter, prawn crisps and retro tuck shop sweets were in evidence...
